Melbourne Grammar School’s Senior School is home to around 800 boys from Year 9 to 12, including just over 100 boarders.
The transition to Senior School marks a period of new academic and social challenges. Each student is supported by a learning culture that understands the value of real-world skills as well as the importance of developing intellectual, physical, emotional, psychological, social and spiritual strengths.
Our students regularly achieve outstanding VCE results, choosing from more than 40 subject areas in their final years. Students are encouraged to explore and refine their areas of interest through their choice of classroom subjects along with the variety of co-curricular activities available on and off campus.
Across the Senior School we seek to instil self-reliance. Our aim is that students will graduate as valued members of an Australian and a global community who also recognise their intrinsic value as individuals.
