We welcome many students from regional Victoria and interstate, along with those who come to Melbourne from overseas. We recognise that moving to Melbourne to become a boarder may be a big change for your son, and offer a range of support mechanisms to make this transition easier.
Living in central Melbourne
Melbourne is often voted the most liveable city in the world. Within minutes of our boarding precinct, students have access to:
- the world-famous Melbourne Cricket Ground and nearby AAMI Park.
- green spaces including the Tan running track and the Royal Botanic Gardens.
- cultural institutions such as the National Gallery of Victoria, the Shrine of Remembrance, Federation Square and the State Library of Victoria.
From our central location on Domain Road, boarders also have public transport access to nearby beaches, parks, shopping and cafés. Supervised weekend excursions and day trips are a regular part of boarders’ experience.
The centralised location appealed to me a lot. I love that we're so close to everything.
