Wadhurst Deck

The Wadhurst Deck is the central hub of the campus. It is a large flexible space with soft, wooden flooring. 

The Deck transforms into a table tennis hub, a performance venue or a meeting place, depending on the need of the day.

The west end of the Deck is adjacent to the Wadhurst Music School and the drama rooms. It contains a large wooden amphitheatre which seats up to four classes. The ‘stage’ is designed to accommodate both ad hoc and more formal performances.

Protected from the elements by a lofty roof, the Deck is surrounded by classrooms on three sides but is open air on the fourth.
