Being an Old Melburnian means something different to each person, yet you are part of a strong, vibrant community of almost 18,000 Melbourne Grammar School alumni living in over 55 countries.
Regardless of whether you attended one, two or all three of our campuses, the friendships and connections you made during your time at School remain strong and enduring.
We often hear Old Melburnians say that when they come together, they instantly feel a sense of belonging, no matter where their life’s journey has taken them.
Community and connection
Service and contribution are hallmarks of a Melbourne Grammar School education. These values continue to underpin the ethos of The Old Melburnians Society, which has existed since 1895, and works alongside the School to support and nurture connections between Old Melburnians.
As an Old Melburnian, you have opportunities to support others, and to be supported yourself, as you navigate a complex, ever-changing world.
You can be involved in career and mentoring programs or social events that match your location and lifestyle. There are opportunities to meet new friends through clubs and societies, and many ways to maintain a connection with Melbourne Grammar School and one another, for life.
There are initiatives that invite us to think and act for the benefit of people and communities facing challenges, and reunions and gatherings around shared interests and experiences.
Whether you want to become actively involved as an Old Melburnian, or just want to stay up-to-date with Melbourne Grammar, you’re welcome in our diverse, global community.
