The Chapel Choir has always played a vital part in the Chapel’s liturgical life. The Choir’s programme follows the rhythms of the Ecclesiastical year. The high point of the week is the Choral Eucharist on Friday mornings. The Choir also performs at services to mark Easter and Christmas, and at special services, such as weddings and funerals.
The Choir demands much of choristers, but they receive much in return. First and foremost is the excellent vocal training. Over the years, a number of choristers have gone on to have professional singing careers. On occasion they return to sing in the Chapel where it all began.
